Also, 911 operators receive your exact location automatically if you call them, whether you are capable of speaking or not. This is especially important if you have small children in the home.

Low-income Assistance

Bruce Telephone Company provides a discount under two programs.

The Lifeline and Link-Up (Link-Up available for tribal lands only) Program and the Affordable Connectivity Program to customers who qualify. A signed authorization is required by the Department of Workforce Development and the Department of Revenue to release information concerning eligibility to Bruce Telephone Company or it's authorized agent.
